Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Beauty Services (Facials, Hair, and Salon Services)
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all beauty service appointments.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments.

Training Programs
All deposits and payments for training programs are non-refundable, as enrollment reserves your exclusive spot in the scheduled program.
Once payment is completed, enrollment is confirmed and cancellations are not permitted.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled training date. Approval is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee may apply.
Payments processed through Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or any third-party financing platform remain subject to their individual terms. Viva Bellesa LLC is not responsible for financing approvals, denials, disputes, chargebacks, or third-party payment arrangements.
